About me
I provide a non-judgemental, welcoming and confidential space which encourages you to find a way to be able to express yourself freely
Many of the problems we encounter in our lives can confront us with some of life’s biggest issues: freedom of choice (and sometimes feeling we don’t have a choice); anxiety; guilt; uncertainty; responsibility; how we relate to others; loneliness; facing the reality of our own death and the death of loved ones; and, at times, feeling a sense of meaninglessness. These are all part of your existence, and they can sometimes seem to make your problems all the more difficult.
As an existential psychotherapist, I approach my work from a philosophical standpoint. I can help you develop an understanding of what matters to you in your life and help you approach your difficulties in a more meaningful way. Working alongside you, I can help you to see your problem from new perspectives, thereby aiding the healing process, which can allow you to move forward.
At times, I also integrate other theoretical approaches into my work, including psychoanalytic and Gestalt psychotherapy.
